The KCBS Ambassadors will be going around and inspecting meats. They will be available throughout the duration of the competition.

The head cooks from each team need to show up for the itinerary.

The 2019 Midian Shrine Cowskin Cookoff will be taking place at Eberly Farms at 13111 W 21st St in Wichita. For questions, please email josh@midianbbq.com

Breakfast and Friday night BBQ will be available. Pricing will be updated shortly.
Teams can start checking in at 10am on Friday. Meat inspections will begin shortly after.
Electricity will be by generator only. We will be supplying generators for those who have registered specifying they need one.
